Do it every morning and before going to bed. Mix 2 teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water and drink the mixture twice a day. Consume it for a month and you will see positive results.

2. Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is one of the best remedies for varicose veins. It is loaded with Vitamin C and bioflavonoids, and enhances blood circulation for easing the pain caused by swollen and congested veins. Take a cup of hot water and add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder to it. Stir it well and drink the mixture thrice a day for a couple of months.

3. Olive Oil

Mix lukewarm vitamin E oil and olive oil in equal amounts. Massage for several minutes. Repeat this twice to thrice a day for a couple of months.

6. Mud Packs

Mud packs are popular for their many benefits. They are also useful in relieving varicose affected legs. A mud pack is a good home remedy to reduce vein enlargement. You will observe notable pain reduction after applying mud packs.  Fine clay, such as Fuller’s earth, works best for a mud pack to treat varicose veins. Apply the mixture of clay and water to your legs every night before going to bed. Wash it off with warm water in the morning and pat the area dry.

The swelling, itching and pain caused by varicose veins can be managed with a combination of exercise, diet and the natural remedies listed above. The inexpensive and easy cures have no harmful effects and relieve the symptoms. Choose a healthy lifestyle and avoid alcohol as it dilates blood vessels and worsens your varicose veins condition. Stop or cut down on smoking as it doesn’t let you maintain healthy blood circulation.
